Our Patriotic Pinwheels Pillow Pattern has instructions for creating a fun and playful 18" square pillow.

You will need 8 fat sixteenths for the blocks, a FQ for the background and 1/3 yard for the backing. A 20" square of batting and muslin for quilting, if desired.
