Shipping Info
Our site is currently set up to calculate shipping by weight and we have done our best to set up our items to calculate shipping as accurately as possible.
Please note that jelly rolls and layer cakes, though not extremely heavy, are bulky and take up quite a bit of space in flat rate envelopes. Due to this, these items have been "weighted" more in our system for the purpose of helping us to accurately calculate your shipping method and rate.
If your order's shipping rate has been calculated to be higher than necessary to ship your item, we will issue you a refund if the difference is more than $1.

Additional Information about International Shipping:
We are now shipping all international orders via USPS Priority Flat Rate mail services as tracking information is now available through delivery to most major international locations. We are not responsible for the package once it enters the postal stream and we will not offer refunds on lost/missing orders that have been shipped. Occasionally, international packages take up to 35-40 days to arrive at their final destination. To our knowledge, we have never had a package not be delivered or returned to us since we began shipping orders in 2010.
Customs, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
If you have a question about international shipping, please email us. If your first class international package is very light, we will refund shipping overages once your order has been processed.
